In 2009 Eric created Wealth Architecture Group Inc. Wealth Architecture Group is uniquely designed and ideally positioned to optimize our client’s financial literacy and lifestyle objectives. We are passionately committed to developing a personalized game plan for success towards wealth accumulation, asset preservation and leaving a legacy. This is accomplished through synergistic partnerships with an exceptional portfolio of niche companies.
In late 2004 Eric also co-founded a real estate investment firm, Westridge Holdings Group. Westridge provided real estate investment solutions in various real estate disciplines including residential, commercial, lake front vacation/rental units, land acquisition and development. In addition, Westridge facilitated private equity opportunities in the aforementioned vehicles. In this role, Eric also served as a principal for Landmark Capital Group, LLC from 2004-2009.
In 2004 Eric became a Vice President & CMO with Capital Advisory Network. This position entailed co-facilitating weekend seminars with the President & CEO of the company as a Speaker & Trainer. Seminars were designed for training insurance advisors/financial planners on propriety/niche marketing strategies to improve their financial practices. It then entailed providing the financial planners ongoing support and training encompassing all aspects of marketing from print, radio, media, lead production, etc.
In 1997 Eric transitioned from the corporate environment as a full-time entrepreneur to the insurance & financial services industry with Cornerstone Marketing of America, a division of United Insurance Companies, Inc. now The Blackstone Group. He rapidly accelerated in the benefits consulting arena. In 1999 Eric was the top national personal producer in total sales. In 2001 as District Sales Manager Eric led the #1 District in team production nationally. In 2002 as Regional Agency Director Eric built an office of 85 agents to become the #2 Region in team production nationally. Leading this team, sales more than doubled from the prior year to an impressive $15 Million.
Eric spent the first ten years of his business career in corporate management. He rose to the position of Vice President & General Manager with profit and loss responsibility of a 40 million dollar budget. He oversaw all aspects of marketing, sales, operations, and finance for the company. Eric was proud to have brought the largest account in the history of the company to fruition.
Eric attended and played football at El Camino College. He later went to the University of Redlands earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing & Management. He also participated in the Executive MBA Program at Pepperdine University. Eric is a Certified Coach & Speaker with Zig Ziglar Performance Group. In addition, he completed the comprehensive "Curriculum For Living" courses with Landmark Education Worldwide specializing as a Life Coach working with others in creating optimal communication and empowering relationships.
